Easy Method of Dissolution for the Stress


Abstract
The age of competition and information means the age of stress. The computerization
and automation in our works and society during the rapid industrialization give us more
stress. Pollution. environmental disrupt and various electromagnetic radiation in our living
environment peril our health and even life. Some scholar estimate 8% of diseases come from
stress and claim most diseases of adult people are related with stress Thus, we must face
this and deliberate the dissolution of strese.
There are many ways to dissolve the stress. As individual has different appearance a
dissolution of the stress for each individual might be different Because each individual has
different gene, constitution, character, cultural background, family. work and social
environment. However, I would like to discuss about dissolution of stress which can be used
to anybody in daily life.
In the orient, many regimens have been oonveyed which are based on the concept that mind
and body are inseparable. Zen, Qui-kong and Yyoga are good example. It can be emphasized
if body exercises are performed at the same time with principal breathing method and
meditation. In the process of developing the above, many sects have been appeared.
One should appreciate the unique character of each rather than discuss the relative merits of
them.
In western, they have adopted and improved the dissolution of the stress from the oriental
ideabecause of their medical limitation and repugnance. Based on the idea from the orient,
many autogenic - training method hve been developed and used.
